EVENT OUTLINE
This 2 hour session will focus on the challenges in relation to the ASYE portfolio during COVID-19, delivered by a highly skilled Practice Educator. During this session you can explore the challenges you have faced during the past year on the Programme and share best practice.
Aim
- The aim of this session is to enable NQSWs to explore with their peers the ways in which the pandemic has impacted on their engagement in the ASYE programme.
Learning Outcomes
- By the end of the session candidates will have explored the benefits/challenges of new ways of working amid the pandemic & the impact on their practice skills.
- By the end of the session candidates will have reflected on how the pandemic has impacted on their engagement with the ASYE programme & completion of their ASYE work.
- By the end of the session candidates will have identified what new learning has been gained in relation to practice, the ASYE, their support needs & self-care.
